No, the E-Quad Tour is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. A full safety briefing is provided before the tour begins.

Yes. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Category B driving license (Swiss or internationally recognized equivalent).
Can children join the tour?
Yes. Passengers must be at least 6 years old.
How many people can ride on one quad?
A maximum of 2 persons per quad is permitted.
Is safety equipment included?
Yes. Helmets, gloves, and rain gear (if required) are included.
Is wearing a helmet mandatory?
Yes. Wearing a helmet and all provided safety equipment is mandatory throughout the entire tour.
Are alcohol or drugs allowed before the activity?
No. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any substances affecting physical or mental ability before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.
Do I have to follow the guide’s instructions?
Yes. Instructions given by the guides must be followed at all times without exception.

No. Phone use while driving is strictly prohibited.
Are traffic rules required during the tour?
Yes. All Swiss traffic laws and regulations must be followed at all times.
What happens if someone drives dangerously?
Any dangerous, negligent, or rule-violating behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the tour without refund.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit of CHF 500 per quad is required by credit card. The amount is refunded after the tour provided there is no damage.
What happens in case of damage to the quad?
Participants are liable for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Is there an insurance deductible?
Yes. In the event of damage, a deductible of CHF 1,500 per quad may be charged.
What does the deductible apply to?
The deductible may apply in cases of accidents, negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, or violation of traffic regulations.
Is insurance included?
Participants are responsible for arranging their own health, accident, and travel insurance that covers quad biking or similar activities.
Does the company cover medical or rescue costs?
No. The company does not cover medical treatment, rescue operations, transport, or hospital costs.
Should medical conditions be reported?
Yes. Any relevant medical conditions or health restrictions must be disclosed before the tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before the tour: 10% cancellation fee
Between 48 and 72 hours before the tour: 50% of the booking price
