Enjoy the breathtaking bird’s eye view high above Interlaken while you float in the wind. Admire the view of Lakes Brienz and Thun as well as the surrounding mountains during your tandem flight with a professional paraglider pilot.
Interlaken is world-famous as an ideal area for paragliding. On an almost daily basis, guests from every corner of the world land on the Höhematte, with its views of the Jungfrau massif. Get your paragliding adventure underway by taking a bus from Interlaken to the starting point at Beatenberg Amisbühl, which is 1350 m above sea level. Your professional tandem pilot will give you some initial instructions during the 20-minute bus ride.
You will feel a rush of anticipation as the paraglider is unpacked and checked. Your tandem pilot will secure you to the paraglider which, only a few minutes later, will rise up behind you. You’ll run a few steps on the meadow together and suddenly you’ll feel the paraglider lift you up into the air.To ensure that your trip is perfect in every way, please note: The maximum weight for a tandem flight is 90 kg, the minimum age for a tandem flight is six years and you have to Wear sports clothing and appropriate footwear.

Frequently asked questions
WHEN WILL I BE PICKED UP AT THE MEETING POINT?
Please be ready at the meeting point 20 minutes before the booked trip time (see ticket). Please understand that short delays can occur as our drivers have to collect people from different pickup locations.
CAN YOU DROP ME BACK TO THE PICKUP LOCATION?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a drop off service to the meeting points. After landing the next guests are already waiting for the guides. However, as we land in the centre of Interlaken, all hotels and train stations are in walking distance.
CAN I BRING MY LUGGAGE?
You can bring backpacks and handbags with you on the bus, but please note that large suitcases cannot be accommodated due to limited space. For larger luggage items, we recommend utilizing the lockers at train stations or your hotel’s luggage room for storage.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CAMERA?
As long as it’s a small digital pocket camera with an objective that can’t be removed it’s allowed. This camera also needs to have a wrist band attached. Selfie sticks and mobile phones you can bring to the takeoff but are not allowed during the flight.
Every pilot provides his own picture and video service with a Special Paragliding Full HD Camera System to memorise your trip. Right after the flight your pilot will show you the picture and vdeo files on a tablet computer. If you want to buy these files you either get the Original SD-Card or a copy to your mobile phone. This extra service costs CHF 40.00 and has to be paid to your pilot.

CAN I WEAR GLASSES DURING THE FLIGHT?
Yes. We even recommed to wear sunglasses during the flight because of the wind and the sun. But no worries … we never lost sunglasses on one of our flights.
CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Yes you can pay by credit card or cash. If you want to pay in cash the following foreign banknotes (no coins) are accepted: Euro, British pounds and US Dollars
CAN I PARK MY CAR AT THE MEETING POINT?
There are several fee based parking lots and covered parkings near the meeting point and landing area.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD AND THE FLIGHT CANNOT TAKE PLACE?
If the flight cannot take place due to bad weather conditions, we will try to find an other date and time together with you or we will cancel the flight and refund you the full amount.
CAN I BOOK A LADY PILOT?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR PARAGLIDING?
Children must be at least 6 years old and need to have a declaration of consent from their parents.
